Webhooks let you receive instant notifications when leads, appointments, and knock outcomes change — without polling the API.
How it works
Configure your endpoint
Open Settings → API & Webhooks → Webhooks in DKP. Enter your public HTTPS URL and select the events you want.
Receive deliveries
When a subscribed event fires, DKP sends an HTTP POST to your endpoint with a signed JSON body.
Verify the signature
Check the X-DKP-Signature header to confirm the request came from DKP and wasn't tampered with.
Respond with 2xx
Your endpoint must return a 2xx status within 30 seconds. Any other response triggers a retry.
Manage via API
You can also create and manage webhook endpoints programmatically using the Webhooks API.
